Even If You Could Get a Sanity Transplant…

There would be a shortage of donors.

I love doing group therapy. The things that groups come up with are so great. I’ll take some time at a later date to write about group therapy and its benefits, but one of them is sharing laughter. That saying, “Even if you could get a sanity transplant (or maybe it was transfusion, I forget), there would be a shortage of donors,” came out of a group session the other day. The other huge benefit is knowing that we’re all in it together. But that’s all for now.
